The driving seat
Why do you own and run an agency?
Among the more worthy reasons, you’ll probably mention something about wanting to have the freedom to lead and shape a business the way you want it to be.
But then, if I asked you what’s been hardest about the last five years, you’ll probably come up with something similar to “being forced to always be reactive, rather than proactive. Not being able to shape things.”
Feeling like the outside world is steering your agency, and your agency is steering you — rather than the other way around.
This has lasted for five years now, and it needs to stop.
I’m here to set you a new year’s challenge: Get back in the driving seat in 2025.
The initial time of needing to react to survive has passed, and we’re now in a time of flux.
That’s the perfect time for creative entrepreneurs to shape the new future.
So, make the start of this new year the time to lead and transform your agency into what you know it can be. To make the ding in the universe that you have always aspired to.
You do have the freedom to lead and shape a business to be the way you want it to be.
But you have to act proactively. Transform your agency. Step up to lead. Inspire.
And the time for that is now.
