Yes, you can change the level of your membership, up or down, at any time.

You can move down a level yourself in the membership area.

Moving UP a level is subject to application and a call to check there is a good fit.

Membership+++ gives you intensive direct support from Steve working 1-1 with you. As a result this level is strictly limited to 3 founders at a time.

Membership++ makes the support more affordable by working in a small group of like-minded founders, with Steve supporting you all together in a private forum and on group Zoom calls.

The basic Convivio Membership is designed to be affordable by all agencies, and just makes support available via the Playbook, Courses and open events. There isn’t any 1-1 involvement of Steve.

On the premium membership levels, part of the application process is a Clarity Call.

Part of the reason for this call is to check that there’s a good fit between what you want to achieve in your agency and the support we provide.

But it goes much further than that.

We believe in being useful to agency founders in everything we do.

So we’ve made this call a valuable exercise for you in itself.

You get an hour 1-1 with Steve, who will help you explore your agency in a way that will bring you strikingly greater clarity.

It means you get to see what it is really like to work with us, rather than just be told about it.
