Momentum

Successful businesses have a sense of rhythm.

A regular drumbeat of activities, communications, delivery and accountability that propels the agency forward.

It’s the leaders role to design this rhythm into the agency.

Without it, it falls to the leader’s own energy to bang the drum all the time and push everything to happen. That’s exhausting and unsustainable. It becomes a prime cause of founder burnout.

But, if the agency is designed to have it’s own rhythm, it creates a sustainable enduring momentum.

That’s what it takes to succeed month after month, year after year — through good times and hard times.
