There’s a tendency to see creativity in client work as some magic spark that just happens.

But healthy agencies create their creativity, and they can do it consistently.

It’s the same in other creative industries. In music, art, film, writing and others — those who succeed over the long term (mostly) have a creative process that can produce consistent results.

Creative agencies are a creative profession. And that means we need to professionalise our creativity.
