Clients engage your agency because they believe you can provide them with value.

Whether that is saving them money or pain, helping them make money or take opportunities, or something else, there is something that matters to them that they need.

Therefore, in the way you act for them there is a need to:

  • Maximise the value delivered

  • Deliver value as soon as possible

  • Deliver value sustainably

  • Reduce waste (ie work that doesn’t provide value, or delay in providing value)

A constant focus in the Action portfolio should be improving your tools and training so that your client engagements consistently deliver on these needs, and continually improve in the way you deliver.
