Support people
Employing people comes with a responsibility to support them.
But it’s not just out of duty that you should want your agency to do this well. It’s because it is a vital part of attracting and retaining great talent, and helping them do great work for your agency.
It also has indirect benefits — everyone in your agency will see how their colleagues are supported or not, and that is a key driver for morale, loyalty, and culture.
An agency is just a group of people, choosing to collaborate. So it stands to reason that the agency benefits if those people are well supported.
