Most agencies have some period of crisis in their history. Don't panic, just work through it step by step.
Characteristics of the screw-up stage
- You're making losses, or only tiny profits
- Clients are leaving
- Staff are leaving or sending their CVs out
- There are arguments among leadership team and/or owners
- There is gossip and rumour in the company
- The pipeline looks bad
- The work being delivered is low quality or just average
- Nobody can really describe what the current strategy is
- You can't face going into work
