If you're like most founders, you ended up running an agency because you're really good at the creative stuff your agency does for clients.

As the agency grows it's important to find other ways to maximise use of your creative talents — so that the business nurtures your soul as well as your bank account.

So the reflections for this week in our summer series, are:

  • What gets your creative juices flowing? The kind of stuff that makes you feel fired up and 'in the zone' when you get to work on it. The kind of work that feels easy and exciting.
  • How might you run your agency so you can do much more of that?
  • How might you make the rest of your work feel more like that?
  • What work needs to be stopped, or passed to someone else, to make this happen?
