As we get near the end of the year, it's a good time to review, and renew.

Back in January, I set a challenge, saying revolutionary change is needed to transform your agency — urging you to be ambitious, bold, and proactive.

If you could reinvent your agency in 2023, I said, you'd one day look back on this as the turning point that led to a golden age. Otherwise, if you just keep trying to push the same rock up the same hill, you'll be on course to suffer for a while.

How did you do with this challenge of revolutionary transformation in your agency? Do reply to let me know about the innovations you made, and the future outlook for you.

2024 will still be hard work, but it's going to be the start of great agencies seeing the results from their hard work to transform themselves and reinvent their offer this year.
