Next year we're launching the Step-up programme for agency owners on the journey between 10 and 30 staff in their business.
This is the toughest stage of the agency lifecycle, because so much rests on the founder's shoulders at once — and it requires a big change in their own approach to leadership and running a business.
Step-up is a cohort-based programme where we put you with three other agency owners at a similar stage to form a 'virtual advisory board' for each other, guided by a facilitator and an expert coach within the framework we've developed.
It will bring structure and support to your growth plans — with a full playbook of useful processes and tools which we'll guide you through.
You don't have to do everything on your own. We will help you work on your business rather than just in it.
I want to run a 'cohort zero', starting in January. In return for helping us test out the programme, and giving us feedback to improve it and testimonials to help others see what it involves, you'll get 1/3rd off, and I'll personally support you through the whole programme too.

I'm really looking forward to this. It's been something I've wanted to run since a conversation a few years ago with Vicki Young, an agency founder I respect hugely, about the particular needs of being a sole founder leading through this stage.
