Dr Joe Baker is Chief Research Officer at Convivio and co-editor of Agency Radar, Convivio's business intelligence service. Since 2016, Joe has led Convivio's technical consultancy and business research arms.
Joe has more than two decades of experience in digital agencies, central and local government, and the not-for-profit sector, in board roles as both director and trustee throughout that time.
With a strong academic background, Joe works with businesses to develop detailed, evidence-based strategies and implementation plans. He draws on thoroughgoing research, developing that into in-depth analysis of success factors and strategic risks, examining trends and opportunities.
He leads research on topics including the economic outlook, technology and innovation, the future of work and changes in the workplace, and more.
